We achieve this by providing exceptional home care services to seniors. Our in-home support services were developed through interviews with seniors who shared their immediate and evolving needs and wants. The Pilot Project will be launched very soon!

- Transfers and repositioning support

Comprehensive Care to Navigate Any Waters
For seniors needing full-scope, daily care and support with personal, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
Includes everything in Dockside and Set Sail, plus:
- Incontinence care and toileting assistance
- Memory care and cognitive engagement
- Emergency alert setup and management
- Accompaniment to medical, personal or social appointments
- Home safety and exit checks
- Fall prevention and ongoing health observation
